September 25 Cambridge Oyster Reef Ball Build
Dorchester Dems volunteered for ShoreRivers and Coastal Conservation Association Maryland’s oyster reef ball builds!
1st District Congressional Candidate, Heather Mizeur volunteered along with 10 district 1 democrats.
Oyster reef balls are concrete reefs that oysters and other beneficial species grow on. Reef balls are placed in our rivers and provide habitat, attract fish for anglers, and are tons of fun to build. Volunteers of all ages worked to help construct reef balls that will be placed in the Choptank River.
